Ok, maybe calling it a new feature is going a bit far. But some homeowners felt that the current glass case did not provide homeowners with a place to post communication. Examples might be condo's for rent, cars for sale, church or community events. A magnetic white board has been posted by the pool to allow you to post items, or if you choose, leave a note for a friend with one of the erasable markers. It is a small item, but we hope you enjoy it. And thanks for the suggestion!
