As you may know there was a special meeting of the Board of Directors held on July 11th. At that time, the board appointed four new board members to fill the three vacancies created by the earlier resignations of Holly Tolosko, Margaret Castaldo and Bob Hassard, and the position of board member Patti Cipro who tendered her resignation at the meeting.
The four new directors were appointed to fill the open positions until the next general membership meeting where an election will be held (currently scheduled for February 2007). The new directors are:
- Jordan Ayan
- Chuck Boughan
- Janet Coflin
- Larry Noomen
New officers were also selected. The new board president is Tom Purcell, VP is Jordan Ayan, Secretary is Mary Henig, and Margaret Wiff remains Treasurer. Email contact information for each board member is listed below:
